Bygglovsgänget har rest till Norberg för att hjälpa familjen Johansson. De bor i ett slitet hus med obefintlig tillgång till sin strandtomt.Matte, Willy och Madeleine hjälper dem att få ordning på sin veranda och installerar ett inglasat rum och en italiensk pergola med trappa ner till tomten.
