In the seventh season, Jamie, Claire, and their family are caught in the violent birth pains of an emerging nation as armies march to war and British institutions crumble in the face of armed rebellion. Book Five finds the Frasers fighting for their family and the home they have forged on Fraser’s Ridge. Book Three picks up right after Claire travels through the stones to return to her life in 1948.
